Every HayLo order is thoughtfully packed and shipped from our studio.

Orders ship every Monday and Thursday, and you’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

Because each piece is created in small batches, please allow a little extra time during holidays and new collection launches.

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or goes missing, don’t hesitate to reach out -we’ll do everything we can to help.

Because each item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

* Your order number

* A brief description of the issue

* Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we’ll send a replacement as
